you can tell its a bit old so it needs to be fixed like feet, hands etc the copyright symbol but I drew an evolution of Smeargle. I called It drawnard, the art pokemon that uses a pencil as a missile and can bring its art to life. *Filler till new fakemon are up but important nonetheless* Smeargle the art Representative in the pokemon world
